The MOQ for standard products is 500 pieces. For first-time cooperation, we can lower the threshold for small trial orders. For custom-printed items, the MOQ is negotiable based on plate-making costs, offering flexibility for new customers.

Stock samples ship within 1–3 days; custom samples typically take 5–7 working days. Sample charges can be deducted from future bulk orders as agreed. Shipping costs are negotiable.

Our products meet major global standards and are certified by SGS, CE, FDA, ROHS, and others. We can provide corresponding test reports to support customs clearance in Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, and other regions.

We follow a strict four-step quality control process:
Incoming raw material inspection – non-compliant materials returned to suppliers.
First-article confirmation – sample parameters verified before mass production.
In-process inspection – QC staff spot-check semi-finished goods on each line.
Final inspection before shipment – random sampling ensures standards are met. Inspection reports can be provided with each shipment.

We strongly recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect both parties. We also accept T/T wire transfer and L/C. For new clients, the common arrangement is 30% deposit in advance, with the balance due before shipment.

After deposit and sample approval, standard orders take 15–20 working days. Custom mold orders require 25–35 days depending on complexity. During peak seasons, we can expedite production to shorten delivery times.
